By creating an account or using SkyblueCalling, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SkyblueCalling provides internet-based voice and video calling, messaging, call recording, transcription, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or stalk other users.
• Record calls without the consent of all participants.
• Send spam, malware, or malicious content through messages.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the service or its security.
• Use the app to distribute copyrighted content you do not own.

5. Call Recording and Consent

Call recording is available to all users. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before recording a call. SkyblueCalling is not liable for your failure to obtain proper consent. Check your local laws regarding call recording.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium features include call transcription, AI summaries, and group calling. Subscriptions are billed through our payment providers (Stripe and Paystack). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you share through SkyblueCalling (messages, attachments, recordings). You grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the content you share.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

SkyblueCalling, its design, logos, and software are the property of SkyblueCalling. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calls will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Emergency calls (911, 112, etc.) are not supported through this app.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyblueCalling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
